Complete ACRES Questionnaire

Applicants must first request an application and complete the Waiting List Elegibility Screening through ACRES. When a home becomes available, ACRES will review your submission and contact eligible applicants with instructions to begin the next steps in the leasing and screening process.

Income Verification Upon ACRES Invitation

If ACRES determines your household may be eligible, you will be contacted to begin the screening process. At that time, you may be asked to provide current income documentation, such as recent pay stubs, benefit letters, gross income statements, liquid funds, or other proof of household income. All required documents must be authenticated.
